Michael has spent the better part of a decade building MYCoaching — and ask any parent in the Swan Valley and they'll tell you he knows every kid by name. He began coaching in 2016 in Penrith, UK, across grassroots and professional clubs and visiting some of the best academies in England and Europe. He holds a National Diploma in sports fitness and coaching, UEFA B certification, and a BSc in Sports & Business Management, with a playing career from age 6 to state league football in Perth. But the badges aren't the point: Michael coaches because he genuinely cares who these young people become — on the pitch and off it.

A Spanish football professional with a competitive playing background across Spain's regional leagues. Developed his coaching craft at academies in Spain before bringing that methodology to Perth. At MYCoaching, Alberto leads U16s, Academy sessions, and Soccer Stars at Swan Valley SC — introducing the positional discipline and technical rigour of Spanish football to the next generation of WA players.

At 19, Jamie still competes actively — and that's exactly what makes him invaluable. He brings a current player's instinct to coaching: what works on the pitch today, not just in theory. Having grown up within the MYCoaching environment, he now leads sessions with younger groups as a genuine role model — proof that this academy develops coaches as well as players.

Leading our East Perth operations, Paul brings extensive coaching experience from Scotland. He specializes in developing player intelligence and expertly distributing physical loads according to available training time to optimize player development.
